What is property management?   Property Management is the day to day running of an income producing property.  A property manager takes on all these responsibilities of “ownership”, including collecting rents, sending late rent letters if required, hiring and overseeing contractors for repairs and maintenance issues, auditing and paying all bills including vendors, pr operty taxes, insurance, utility bills, mortgage if applicable and any other bills pertaining to the property, all for a monthly management fee, with the property owner receiving the income and tax benefits of owning real estate, without the headaches!!
